Rad Kids Can Cook!
WHAT: Teaching kids real-world skills through hands-on cooking classes!
HOW: Kids learn how to read recipes, measure, mix and fold, bake, sauté, use all types of kitchen tools including beginner knives, and try new foods! Each child receives a recipe folder at their first class, and recipe pages to add in each subsequent class. There is a drawing at the end of each class for a kitchen-themed prize.
WHO: Classes for Mini Chefs (ages 3-5), Junior Chefs (ages 6-9), and Tween Chefs (ages 10+)
WHERE: Located in Paradise, Utah
COST: Mini Chefs classes cost $20, with slightly simplified recipes. Junior and Tween Chefs classes cost $28. Sign up early for the early-bird pricing of $25! Some specialty classes may include an additional $5 fee, which will be noted on the registration page.

Inspired by My Side of the Mountain, kids will step into Sam’s wilderness adventure, learning how he survives on his own in the mountains while making pancakes with berries. We’ll also make tinfoil dinners to help you prepare for your own outdoor adventures this summer!

In our Front Desk themed cooking class, we will explore Mia’s journey of resilience, family, and finding her voice. We’ll make food that would remind Mia of home: savory blanket dumplings with sauce, and delicious Chinese almond cookies for dessert.

This is the story of a boy who crosses boundaries and brings people together. In our Maniac Magee cooking class, kids will make Maniac’s favorite foods—zeps hoagie sandwiches and butterscotch krimpets gifted to him by Grayson, along with his unlikely friend’s favorite treat: Mars Bars.
